人間の世界で 大変なことが起きていても
季節はめぐり　桜が咲くのですね
かの地の人たちが　一刻も早く 安心して 春の訪れを感じられますように
願いを込めて

It doesn't matter if something hard happens in the human world, the season goes on and the cherry blossoms bloom.
I hope that Ukrainians can feel the arrival of spring with peace of mind as soon as possible.
